Support — Do Sides?
The app that builds your swim sets so you don’t have to think about it.
Common questions
Make sure your iPhone and Watch are both signed into the same iCloud account, and the Watch is on the same network or connected via Bluetooth to your phone. Force-quit the Watch’s Workouts app and reopen it — the scheduled workout will appear at the top.
Open the Health app on your iPhone → Browse → Workouts → confirm your recent swims are there. If they are, force-quit and reopen Do Sides? to refresh. If they’re missing from Health, the issue is upstream — Apple Watch or whatever app recorded the swim didn’t sync.
Settings tab → adjust any of the pickers. Changes apply to the next workout the engine generates.
History tab. Tap any session for the full breakdown.
The app reads your swim and cross-training history so it can build workouts that fit what you’ve actually been doing. It’s read-only — nothing gets written back to Health by us. See the privacy policy.

About
Built by Jesse Gill in Portland, OR. The app’s main goal is to give returning competitive swimmers structured variety without making them think about it. If that’s you and the app’s not landing right for some reason, the email above is where to send the specifics.
